You must have a PayPal account to complete your order. If you do not have an account, you can sign up for one after clicking the button.
After you have made your payment, you will be redirected to a registration form that must be completed as well. If you paid for more than one registration, you must complete a registration form for each person that will be attending.

Your registration fee will be refunded if we receive a written cancellation no later than October 24, 2008 We regret that after October 24, cancellations cannot be refunded. Substitutions will be permitted. We will not be able to refund the conference fee for those who have paid the fee and do not attend. Additionally, those who register but do not attend and have not paid will be billed for the entire conference fee.
